Edenfree is a wellness shopping service that simplifies healthy living by offering monthly orders of quality products, including food, personal care items, and cleaning essentials.
Place your order online once a month, choose pickup or delivery, and enjoy a streamlined shopping experience with personalised support.
Order cut-off dates are announced on our website and through email or WhatsApp updates. Be sure to place your order before the deadline!
Orders are typically ready for pickup or delivery 7–10 days after the monthly cut-off date. You’ll be notified as soon as your order is ready.
We offer secure payment options, including normal card payments and instant EFT payments, facilitated through Paystack. Choose the method that suits you best during checkout.
Yes! Let us know your suggestions, and we’ll do our best to source them.
Yes! We ship nationwide. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size.
We currently integrate with Pargo & Fastway Couriers to deliver your orders nationwide. You can also choose local pickup in Oudtshoorn for added convenience.
If you’re not satisfied with a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
